Anyone may create a portfolio, but not everyone's portfolio will be approved for official showing on the website to others who search for models on this website. If you do create a portfolio and it is not approved, a Model Service .com representative will contact you with the problems that need to be fixed in your portfolio in order to have your listing approved. 

The following are 3 steps that you should follow to assure your listing will be approved.

1.) The first is not a big problem, but might still cause your portfolio to get disapproved. Make sure that any words that you enter while creating your portfolio that need capitalization are capitalized. This would include your first name, last name, street address, city, state etc..

2.) Be sure that your personal information, personal description, and personal stats are accurate.

3.) This is the most important part of creating your portfolio. If you are a new model and you do not have professional photos, be sure to arrange with a photographer to have professional photos taken. Only portfolios with professional photos will be approved for show on our website. Please do not enter home taken photos in your portfolio because your portfolio will not be approved if you do so. To find a photographer, you can either search our "Photographer Search" to find a photographer near you or you can find one on your own. 

Follow those steps and you will have no problem. Remember, you can always create your portfolio and then add professional photos once you have them taken. Your portfolio just won't be approved until it is complete.
